Q: I live in Saskatchewan, but the HAL system is trying to sell me a license as a “Canadian Resident”. How can this be fixed?
A: For the purpose of residency verification (SK residents) your Saskatchewan Hospitalization Card must be up to date. If this card has expired, or the information documented within the HAL system does not match your SHC information exactly, your residency will not be verified. If this occurs, you must contact 1-800-667-7551 to update your information. Once your SHC information matches your HAL records your residency can be verified.
Q: You don’t offer the migratory game bird permit in store. Where can I get this?
A: All migratory game bird permits are stamps and sold by Canada Post exclusively. The nearest location to the store is here in Gull Lake, located at 1186 Conrad Ave.
